Fees & Payment

  • Therapy Fees

    Therapy session fees range from $175 / hour to $225 / hour, depending on the clinician. A standard appointment is one hour (typically 50 minutes of therapy + time for scheduling/payment and clinician notes). Appointments may also be scheduled for 90 or 120 minutes as needed..

  • Assessment Fees (comprehensive)

    Assessment fees include intake/history, testing sessions, scoring/analysis, a written report, and a feedback session:

    Psychodiagnostic assessment: $2,000 – $2,500

    Psychoeducational assessment: $2,800

    ADHD assessment: $2,000

    Assessment services are not covered under OHIP but may be covered by extended health plans or claimed for tax purpose.

  • Cancellation Policy

    If you miss a scheduled therapy appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged for the session.

    For assessment appointments, missing or cancelling with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a charge based on the booked block of testing time; this will be discussed at the start of assessment planning.

    Clients are offered appointment reminders to help avoid missed sessions.

Payment & Insurance

Psychological services are not covered by OHIP but are commonly covered by most extended health care plans (workplace or student benefits). Assessment services may also be eligible for extended benefits. Fees may be claimed as a medical expense on your income tax return.

Payment methods accepted: debit, credit card, cash, e-transfer. Payment is due at the end of each session.
